At the nice Software Quality Conference 2016, organized by Heliview at De Reehorst in Ede, Netherlands, I did the opening keynote, challenging the audience to finally move away from waterfall, but also move away from Scrum, and from projects and project managers. I do hope I didn’t scare the audience.
